Color With Remi uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate coloring pages from your uploaded images or descriptions. While we strive to provide high-quality results, please understand the following:

• Quality May Vary: AI-generated images are created by machine learning algorithms and may not always be perfect. Results can vary based on the input image quality, complexity, and the AI's interpretation.
• Not 100% Accurate: Generated coloring pages may contain imperfections, unexpected elements, or interpretations that differ from the original image. Facial features, fine details, or complex subjects may not always render perfectly.
• Acceptance of Results: By using our service and making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that AI-generated content is inherently variable and may not meet your exact expectations. We do not guarantee specific results or accuracy.
• No Refunds for Quality: Due to the nature of AI generation, we cannot offer refunds based on subjective quality assessments of the generated coloring pages. Each generation is unique and considered complete upon delivery.

We take your privacy seriously. Here's how we handle the images you upload to our service:

When We Store Your Images

• Your uploaded images are stored on our secure cloud storage (Cloudinary) immediately after upload.
• Images are retained only as long as necessary to complete your order and generate your coloring pages.
• We store images temporarily to enable the AI generation process and order fulfillment.

When We Delete Your Images

• Automatic Deletion: Your uploaded images are automatically deleted from our servers as soon as your coloring page generation is complete (whether successful or failed).
• No Long-Term Storage: We do not retain your personal images for any purposes beyond generating your coloring pages. Once the generation is complete, your input images are permanently deleted.
• Generated Content: The final coloring pages we generate are stored for your download access. These transformed images (which are artistic interpretations, not your original photos) are kept to enable you to download your purchased products.

Third-Party AI Processing

To generate your coloring pages, your uploaded images are transmitted to third-party AI services. By using Color With Remi, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Images Are Sent to External AI Systems: Your photos are shared with third-party AI providers (such as image generation APIs) solely for the purpose of creating your coloring pages. We do not control how these providers store, process, or handle data on their end.
• Third-Party Data Practices: Each AI provider has its own data retention, privacy, and usage policies. While we select providers who commit to not using submitted content for model training, we cannot guarantee or enforce their internal practices.
• No Sensitive Images: We strongly advise against uploading images that contain sensitive, private, or personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for creating a coloring page (e.g., avoid including images with visible documents, financial information, or highly private scenes).
• Your Consent: By uploading an image and proceeding with an order, you consent to your image being transmitted to these third-party AI systems for processing.

What We Don't Do With Your Images

• We do not sell, share, or distribute your uploaded images to third parties for any purpose other than AI generation of your order.
• We do not use your images to train our own AI models.
• We do not use your images for marketing or promotional purposes.
• We do not retain your images on our servers beyond the generation process.

By using Color With Remi, you agree to:

• Only upload images you own or have permission to use.
• Not upload images containing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Not attempt to abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer our service.
• Use generated coloring pages for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Due to the immediate digital nature of our product and the costs associated with AI generation, we have a limited refund policy:

• Technical Failures: If our service fails to generate your coloring pages due to technical issues on our end, we will provide a full refund.
• No Quality-Based Refunds: We cannot offer refunds based on the artistic quality or your satisfaction with the AI-generated results, as these are inherently subjective and variable.
• Contact Us: If you experience technical issues, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase.

You retain all rights to the images you upload. By purchasing a generated coloring page, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated artwork for personal use, including:

• Printing for personal coloring activities
• Sharing with family and friends for personal use
• Coloring and displaying your finished artwork in your home

You may not use generated coloring pages for commercial purposes without written permission.

Color With Remi provides this service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Quality, accuracy, or specific characteristics of generated images
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service
• Service interruptions or technical difficulties
• Any claims exceeding the amount you paid for the specific product
